Luau LMC, affectionately called Louie, is a 15.2hh 7yo grey IALHA registered Andalusian cross. He is inquisitive, sensitive, intelligent, and the most in-your-pocket horse I have ever met!
Louie has had 2 years of professional training and has been brought along slowly and methodically. Over the past year, he has bloomed wonderfully and is developing quite a presence!
Started in a bosal, he rides almost entirely off the seat and leg.... (read more) Louie carries himself well and has a lovely aptitude for lateral work and collection.
Louie has 3 fantastic gaits and a golden retriever personality that would make him the favorite of any well-educated rider looking for a fancy horse in a smaller package.
He hacks out regularly and has been camping in WV, ridden in the Shenandoah Valley, been to schooling shows in western dressage and competitive trail/obstacle courses, and has been exposed to all of the elements of working equitation including cattle. He has been free-jumped and gone cross-country schooling a handful of times.
Louie could continue development in any direction with the right partner!
Please no beginners or timid riders. Louie is a good boy but sensitive and looking for a rider who can be his leader.
