This is a FAMILY AND BEGINNER FRIENDLY BLACK FRIESIAN PERCHERON GELDING that is broke to ride, drive, and work. He stands 15.3 hands tall and is 6 years old. He has been driven on the main roads and is traffic safe. He has been in a holiday parade and is not shy of the commotion. He is broke to all farm machinery, will hook double or single, and has pulled rubber and steel wheeled wagons. He has excellent ground manners and can be caught, tacked, mounted, and groomed by novice riders with no fuss.... (read more) He rides relaxed on a loose rein, will not move out until asked to do so, and is not charge or hot. He has been my favorite mount in the barn as he is solid, dependable, honest, and intelligent. He is fine with dogs trailing his heels, he rides nice in a group, and is confident when alone. This gelding is tough and can handle rough terrain. He is patient, kind, and likes people.
