2017 unraced OTTB mare, 16.0hh
Shakey is a total lovebug, and extremely confident and brave. You wouldn’t know she’s a mare unless you looked- goofy, cuddly, loves everyone the same. Would excel in any career or as a broodmare with her boldness and desire to please. You can walk her up to anything and she will happily investigate. Shakey is trained WTC and rides in a snaffle, but is an athletic girl and is forward under saddle.... (read more) She has never done anything dangerous and takes good care of her riders, just needs more miles from an experienced rider. Zero spook, no reactivity. Extremely smart and trainable, and likes to keep her mind and body busy. She can get antsy if she is stalled for more than half the day, and loves her turnout time. She does have an old bowed tendon but it has stayed cold and solid since the day she got off stall rest. Shakey is barefoot with great feet, and can live with mares, geldings or both. No maintenance. Perfect for bathing, vet, and farrier.
