Apache is a 15.1 hand brown overo paint gelding that is well broke to ride. If you need that gentle, all around family type gelding I invite you to take a look at Apache. He rides well in the arena, he picks up both his leads and has a smooth walk, trot and canter and is very easy to ride.... (read more) Apache rides great outside and is a seasoned trail horse. He goes wherever you point him with no hesitation. He is laid back and gentle making him suitable for about any level rider. I think Apache would make a great lesson horse because he is forgiving and doesn’t mind my little boys brushing and leading him around and making mistakes on his back. We have ridden Apache right down the main highway into town and he doesn’t mind all the traffic. We also used him to push cattle and check fences and he does about whatever you ask of him. Apache is up to date on farrier, dewormer and dentistry. Apache stands to be tacked, mounted and for the farrier. He sells safe, sound and ready to move into his forever home.
