burk/burkley, used to do contesting with his old owners, we haven't done any on him but riding around and the barrel pattern a few times whilst we have had him. we've had him for almost a year. burk has incredible ground manners and wears shoes, he stands to get on and listens well. he needs a rider with light hands and the patience to learn to ride him correctly, I ride him in our pasture and on trails. temperament 2/10, I think he could really be taken in any direction, he is not good with jumps but i think he would make a great roping horse or breakaway horse, he has a good stop and is pretty bulky.... (read more) Old owners use to run him in contesting so he could also be taken in that direction too. The only reason were selling him is because we already have 5 horses and im looking for a project horse and we just don't have enough room for him. text me for more photos/videos
