Zephyr is a black, 16hh, 16 year old grade Quarter Horse gelding. Stands well for grooming, hoof-picking, vet and farrier work. UTD on vaccinations and Coggins papers. We have always kept him barefoot. He lunges and does groundwork well.

Zephyr would be best as a trail horse / companion horse. He is an easy keeper and stays in good condition on grass hay all winter. He does have a minor old tendon injury on his left front leg, but will walk and trot easily.... (read more) We have put many inexperienced riders on him in our round pen and he has done great with that. For going out trail riding, he needs a rider with more experience, as he can be a bit spooky on an unfamiliar trail (intermediate level or above for this).
