This is not an easy post… However, things happen unfortunately, & I have to let my Sweet Karen go.
8YO Grade “Dunskin” 14.1 Mare!
She’s not for a beginner, as every so often she decides she wants to “try” you…. But is way too fat to Buck really hard. ???♀️ Any confident rider can ride her with ease.
She didn’t have many rides or knowledge when we bought her (sometime in December I believe).... (read more) We have put about 15 rides on her, in all sorts of situations & she has handled it all well! (As you can see from the videos).
Her teeth were just floated 2 weeks ago!
Her name is Karen for a reason (when it comes to feed/other horses- but she is PERFECT with Humans- dogs don’t phase her either!).
She is cinchy (most the time- assuming a bad prior experience) and that’s her only issue aside from SOMETIMES not wanting to load, just walk her away in a circle and back to the trailer & she loads right up!
She will be a helluva ranch/rope horse, her WHOA is INCREDIBLE! I’ve trotted her around barrels (just messing around) & she turns them like she could absolutely make a great barrel horse with the right jockey to get her started on them!
I’m only offering her up if paid for by Friday 8/30 (or at least deposit). We have things to get done & that’s the only reason she’s being listed.
WHO doesn’t want a beautiful, colorful, stays fat on air KAREN in your pasture?? ??
