Lucas is a friendly Andalusian Gelding. He is 10 years old and 15 hands tall. He has a beautiful silver dapple color. He is very friendly and loves getting attention, he was a bit spoiled in his past life, but now he does well, being respectful and following the rules. He is primarily a trail riding horse but he also rides and listens well in the arena. He could also be taken in many other directions as well. He is not spooky, he crosses bridges, goes through water and he is good around vehicle traffic.... (read more) He gets along well in a pasture environment with all the other horses. He is very willing and enjoys learning new things. He is a fun horse and he loves to go on adventures, he is looking to make lots of them with his new owner. He trailers well and willing to go anywhere. He is barefoot, he rides, trailers, ties, and has good ground manners. He is great for the farrier and the vet. He is up to date on all his shots, wormer, and feet trimming. He has lots of various training including all natural horsemanship training methods.

We are 100% volunteer organization and are constantly looking for like minded individuals that are willing to give back, and donate their valuable time alongside us to help in this growing need. We have enjoyed this charity work so much and know that it touches everyone involved with volunteering as well as the recipients of our hard work. Working together side-by-side, special needs person, horse, and volunteer, create a strong united bond which stimulates, and creates a learning, and physically rewarding environment like no other and is the ultimate source of therapy for so many ailments in children and adults.
