Gypsy Willow Diesburg.. standing at 15 h, 8 yrs old, Registered with the GVH, Willow is beautifully built, yet athletic.... (read more) Willow has great ground manners and is super easy to bathe, clip, trim his hooves, etc. He has had hours of training over the last couple years and rides perfectly in the arena. He has a forward striding walk, little jog or ground covering trot, and a perfect little canter. He’s smooth. Willow is super sweet, will be slow if asked but definitely not lazy, and will go when asked. Which I love about him. It doesn’t take a ton of effort to get him to move. He is gentle enough my 7 and 4 yr old help bathe, groom, and feed him. And I wouldn’t hesitate to have a kid ride him in the arena. He has all the buttons, and usually doesn’t need to be asked twice. He’ll sidepass, had great stops, and is not spooked easily! He’ll do an obstacle course with ease.
Willow has been ridden on many trails, he trailers great, and is always up for an adventure. I can’t ever remember him saying no when asked to do something. He drives as well, hitches nicely and is traffic safe and steady on the road.
He also sits down on a beanbag.
I would love to see Willow in the show ring, I think he would do great. Willow is healthy, sound, utd on vaccines & coggins. He is a proven stallion and is a gentleman to handle during breeding. Just super easy all around. He is so much fun to ride, drive, or just hang out with. If I go up to the gate, he normally come running. He loves attention and people. He’s currently stalled with pasture time and is an easy keeper. If you’re interested and would want him gelded you could do that too. Willow is a quiet stallion with very little fuss. I can’t say enough of good things about this horse. He’s just simply awesome. Whoever buys this handsome boy is going to LOVE HIM!
