Poppy.
I have never seen a branded pony like her! She sports a big ole brand on her left hip!
She is a older pony mare, probably about 18 years old. Gasp!? I know everyone frowns on older horses or ponies, but how else are kids supposed to learn? She stands 12hands.
Poppy still needs some weight, we have wormed her, she's on grain and gets turned out in the yard during the day, she has gained quite a bit while being here.... (read more) We are selling her that way and pricing her accordingly. If we keep her and get her fat, price will probably go up!
Poppy was being used to "transition" babies away from their mom's. She was sold to be the "emotional support pony". She LOVES babies, we have a few here and she loves to be around them.
Poppy rides and was sold to be a babysitter. She is great on the lead, and trail rides great. We have had the kid on her. I feel she's a better trail pony than a ring pony. She is gentle to handle, good to catch, etc.
Would be a great companion, lead line pony or trail pony!

We are very honest about what we are selling and tell all the behaviors we have noticed while they are with us. Key words being "while they are with us." If you take them home, feed 10 gallons of grain, don't ride them and let them get away with every bad behavior possible, we can't help that when their behavior changes.
