Chantel is a 3-year-old QH cross mare standing 14.3 hands. Chantel has a very smooth walk, trot, and canter. She works well off your leg and knows her leads. Her ground manners are excellent; she will stand all day tied with no fuss. She has been exposed to all types of farm animals. Chantel will cross logs, bridges, water, and anything else you may encounter on the trail without hesitation. She has spent all summer at a summer camp teaching kids how to ride on the trial and in the arena.... (read more) Chantel is also a beautiful jumper, and she loves it! She went to a local jumping derby and did fantastic! She has not jumped a lot due to her age; she has just been slightly exposed to it. Chantel has been shown Western and English in the Junior division and placed exceptionally well in her classes. She even took 1st place out of 15 horses in command class. She has been to local gymkhana shows and has enough speed to keep up with the gaming horses. She will go Western or English. Chantel can ride all day on the trail or stand around and be loved. We have put her through our obstacle course and she does great with all the obstacles. Tarps, bull whips, hills, and nothing bothers her. She is wearing shoes all the way around due to the rocky conditions around the farm. She will stand for the farrier. Absolutely no funny business with this horse. She is a young horse with an old horse brain.
