This pony is one-in-a-million. His owner has spared no love or expense in his care or training, but currently has no time to produce him further.
Lincoln is a FUN ride, brave, smart, and always ready for his next adventure. He has many hours on trails and hacking out, and has been carefully brought under saddle, including nine months of professional training. He has competed in 2 YEH events, a handful of dressage schooling shows, and has cross country schooling experience at starter and BN height, currently schooling first level dressage.... (read more) Although Lincoln is more of a kick ride he is quite athletic and has three lovely gaits.

Lincoln would be best suited for a small adult amatuer or a junior in a steady program. This horse likes his job, and thrives in a program with a five day schedule. Though he is safe and sane he is only four years old, so the next rider needs to be comfortable and capable handling a young horse.

Preference will be given to individuals who offer a 5 Star quality home with dry turnout; are in a committed lesson and showing program including regular dressage and flatwork training, and who are willing to maintain an open and communicative relationship with the owner. The lessee would be responsible for all care costs and insurance. The owner is a farrier, and would be happy to continue to provide services should Lincoln remain within her travel area. Insurance and care costs are non-negotiable. References are required and will be verified. Currently located in Williston, near Ocala, FL, up-to-date on everything, no vices, loads, ties, stands, etc. Video available upon request.
