We call her mountain goat because she will go literally anywhere you point and loves challenging terrain. Lena has absolutely great feet and is barefoot even on all this rock. She has good ground manners and will stand tied, is good for the farrier, self load, stand for saddling, etc but she’s not the type to stand around all day for you to pamper and fawn over her. She is a very forward mover and wants a job!. She is absolutely safe and has never offered to buck or do anything dangerous but is not for a beginner or a young child because she is quick and very light in her cues.... (read more) Lena has been used on the ranch and is only for sale because her owner moved cross country and needed bigger horses to drag and doctor cattle on a large operation. Lena has a great handle and has been exposed to a lot. She definitely excels out on the trails but she has HUGE scope for jumping and LOVES it!!

This colt is big bodied, correct, and has a great disposition. He's easy to catch, ties, loads, bathes, and longes. He has the makings for a great ranch or rope horse.
