Watch his FULL VIDEO!! This guy is COOL!! Tex has the most personality and is always making us laugh. He loves people and is always first to come say hi. Tex follows my son around like a puppy dog and thinks all the crazy shenanigans is the coolest thing ever (WATCH HIS VIDEO)! Tex is good on the trail or in the arena. He is sure footed and will go where you point whether that be up a hill, down the highway, through the water, or thick rocky terrain.... (read more) Tex would be a fun horse to do obstacle type stuff with because he loves new things. He has been roped off of (don’t judge my roping abilities!!), you can carry a flag, ride double, bareback, bridleless, alone or with others, etc. The footage came out very grainy and we lost some of it also but I am more than happy to send something specific if you are too far to come see him yourself. Tex will ride bareback in a halter and lead rope or all tacked up just the same. He loves baths and to be groomed and fussed over. He leads, loads, ties, and ponies with ease. There isn’t a thing he wouldn’t at least attempt and I have even ridden him English a time or two. Most of our horses sell off of their videos and I’m more than happy to FaceTime anyone interested. This is a really broke and sweet horse at the perfect age to be well traveled and have a lifetime ahead!

Gehring Performance Horses

I took a bit of a break after having my son and sold several personal horses. That being said, I have missed training so will be keeping a few at a time, just not at many as before with a wild little toddler to chase around now. We take pride in offering high quality performance horses as well as family friendly trail companions. Everything that steps foot on this place has to be 110% safe under saddle as well as on the ground because my little boy thinks they all can be drug around the same as his ponies.... Our horse are never just arena horses, they are ridden on the roads and through town, by multiple riders including my toddler, are hauled everywhere to ride because there is no riding facility at my place with all the rock. My son loves to lead them around on foot, on his bike, or even from one of his many battery operated vehicles. A great mind no matter their job is always our first priority!! Be sure to check out our videos on youtube as we try to show absolutely everything we can so you feel like you know them before you ever bring your new horse home. Most of our buyers purchase and ship them off of their videos so we aim to be as comprehensive as possible. Don’t ever hesitate to ask if you want to see something that isn’t shown also.
