Raven is an absolutely stunning coal black mare. Be sure to watch her FULL 16 minute video, there isn’t a thing she wouldn’t do and loves to please! Raven is safe for anyone that knows just the basics. My son who is three can do anything with her on the ground and can even ride her independently. She will go anywhere you point, nothing spooks her, and she never goes faster than asked. Raven is light on her cues and even rides bareback and bridleless as shown in the video.... (read more) She has the most AMAZING slow trot you will ever ride and feels like you’re floating! She is traffic safe, goes in the water, carries a flag, and you don’t have to worry about the kids doing something to spook her, we have tried it all! Raven is incredibly intelligent and it has been fun teaching her little tricks such as loading from a distance and sidepassing over for easy mounting. She is currently barefoot, is good for the farrier, and has really good hard black feet that don’t require shoes even on the roughest of terrain. She is a jack of all trades but is just as happy moseying on down the trail. Raven is a really sweet horse that loves to be pampered. She will follow you around like a puppy dog and nickers to you and meets you at the gate. I am not interested in selling her to a lesson program and really want her to have her own person/family! If you think that person could be you, feel free to call me anytime. You can’t find a bad angle on this mare, she’s put together really nicely. Ones like this are HARD to find!

Gehring Performance Horses

I took a bit of a break after having my son and sold several personal horses. That being said, I have missed training so will be keeping a few at a time, just not at many as before with a wild little toddler to chase around now. We take pride in offering high quality performance horses as well as family friendly trail companions. Everything that steps foot on this place has to be 110% safe under saddle as well as on the ground because my little boy thinks they all can be drug around the same as his ponies.... Our horse are never just arena horses, they are ridden on the roads and through town, by multiple riders including my toddler, are hauled everywhere to ride because there is no riding facility at my place with all the rock. My son loves to lead them around on foot, on his bike, or even from one of his many battery operated vehicles. A great mind no matter their job is always our first priority!! Be sure to check out our videos on youtube as we try to show absolutely everything we can so you feel like you know them before you ever bring your new horse home. Most of our buyers purchase and ship them off of their videos so we aim to be as comprehensive as possible. Don’t ever hesitate to ask if you want to see something that isn’t shown also.
