Anyone looking for a BIG gentle guy? If I bought him a few weeks ago, I would have stuck this guy in kids camp in a second!!

He's probably the brokest Standie I have ever seen. He's got a real nice little neck rein. Just point him and go! Excellent on the trails, not spooky.

Walks up to you in the field and follows you like a puppy.
I normally wouldn't buy a horse like him anymore because of how stupid people can be about horses like him BUT watching him ride the other day, I had to ?
The people rode him with the girth where the back rigging would go, and vice versa. They also said he's a "branded" Thoroughbred. And I figured if he could put up with all that, he's got to be a saint.
He might not be the prettiest but he is quiet, and what about everyone needs!
Perfect for an easy ride around the farm or neighborhood.
When I bought him, the people were throwing a rope off of him and roping the kids.

We buy and sell horses and ponies. There are several of us who work with all the animals and evaluate them, figure out their personalities and quirks, and let's be honest, they all have them. We are very honest about what we are selling and tell all the behaviors we have noticed while they are with us. Key words being "while they are with us." If you take them home, feed 10 gallons of grain, don't ride them and let them get away with every bad behavior possible, we can't help that when their behavior changes.
