“Taco” is a 10 year old half Morgan cross gelding standing 15.2 hands high.
He is a gem in the barn, he stands in a stall without making a peep, he stands tied, stands to be groomed, stands for the farrier and to be tacked.
He will ride in the ring all day or hit the trails.
Taco picks up all three gaits and has very easy transitions. Taco will hack out alone or in a group and will gladly take the lead or follow down the trail.... (read more) Taco crosses water, bridges, ditches, hills, roads, etc. He is a point and go ride with zero hesitation. No other horse wants to go past something? Here comes Taco to save the day! He will hack out English, western, or bareback. He is a blast to ride and is reliable eddie everywhere you take him. This beautiful boy is best suited for an intermediate rider as he is responsive to cues and can be a bit forward at times.
Taco drives as well but he is for a more experienced driver as he is more forward under harness than under saddle. Taco is great on the road and stops at stop signs. He is very easy to hook and stands great to be harnessed!
