Tate is a barn favorite! The sweetest most gentle guy there is with talent to share!

The tiniest of kids can handle Tate on the ground. We've left him ringside at a horse show with a 5 year old holding his lead rope as my pony rider hopped from one pony to the other. Tate simply sniffed her head when he heard her little voice and went back to napping.

Undersaddle Tate requires a more competent rider not because he's naughty- I've never seen him do anything remotely close to naughty.... (read more) He aims to please at all times. He is just a sensitive ride. He doesn't require much leg at all and he prefers his riders to have soft hands as his mouth is as soft as butter.

He's done just about everything. But he seems to really love being a hunter pony the most with a kid who wants to enjoy his company, hack out in the field or hit the trails on a hot day. He has jumped around TIEC in the stadium with an advanced beginner.

Tate stands at 14.2 and is 13 years old.

In barn lease strongly preferred on this guy but will consider off site lease or sale to the absolute best situation with tremendous references.
