Flurry is a sweet guy looking for his forever person! Flurry was rescued out of Texas over the winter and has just started 30 days undersaddle and has been given his rides by an advanced beginner so far- that's how sensible he is! He catches on quick to everything you ask of him.

Vet aged him around 6 years old and stands at 14.2. We don't know his backstory.

He is UTD on everything.

We were riding Flurry the other evening and he took a few steps that resembled a gait.... (read more) Up until then he has not shown any signs of gaiting and it was literally only a couple steps. So take that as you will.

Our plan with Flurry was to get him out of a bad situation and be a temporary home for him while he learned more about life and find his forever partner. And the time to find his perfect match is approaching.

He is not for beginners. He still has some fears to work through (fly spray and being hosed off are still scary) but he doesn't have a mean bone in his body.

He is a great babysitter for pasture mated that need their hands held.
