A.j is a 13yo grade gelding standing 14hh with a nice thick build. He has great conformation, nice hip on him, short neck, soft kind eyes, and shiny coat. If you want something you will get attention on this is the one! A.j is solid on the trail, he has been hauled out extensively, he makes hauling a dream. Load easy, stands tied. Park to grab a bite to eat and he’s a happy camper waiting for you to get moving to your next destination, doesn’t matter if he’s alone or with a buddy.... (read more) I’ve hauled him a couple hours, unloaded and hit a trail course he’s never seen. He takes to anything with ease. Crosses steep bridges, tarps, flags, teetering bridges, pool noodles, tires, logs, down in ditches you name it. He is a more forward mover. Saddles with ease, takes the bit, again stands tied, loves to be brushed. Good with fly spray, water. This horse wants all the attention in the world. He will stand there for hours if it means he gets loved on. First to greet you. Easy to catch. Good with others. Easy keeper. He has a full set of shoes on, my terrain is rough! A.j is also a breeze in the arena. Picks up both leads, walk trot lope, stops, backs, turns around good. Absolutely no mean bone in his body. Whatever you want to do he is happy with. If he’s unsure of something you ask him to do it and he does. He does have a short tail, although I don’t like to show it off, it is still cute, it’s full just needs to grow! While I’m picking apart his looks he did somehow chip his two front teeth they’ve been like that since I got him. Does not in any way affect his eating or anything else in any way. He prefers if you just tell him he’s pretty and not remind him. A.j truly is nothing but a pleasure to have around. He will fit into anyone’s family just fine.
