Gidget is a very sweet girl who has earned her retirement. We claimed Gidget over the winter and I thought with some TLC and good feed/alfalfa I thought I could bring back the racehorse she once was. Well, Gidget has other plans. I think she likes this life a little too much and has lost interest in racing. She is a very sweet girl who now loves attention and peppermints. If you crinkle a peppermint any where near her she will find you and devour it!... (read more) She is not yet re-started but has been very quiet and sweet the 6 months we have had her. She is RRP eligible. I can see her being a lovely hunter/jumper or throw your western saddle on her and take her out on the trails. She did not have the best home/care before us so I will be making sure she goes to a great home where she will be loved and cared for the best. Jog video available
