Freckles needs a new job. He has worked as a ranch horse, been shown working cow horse, and used in a riding program. He has some arthritis in his front legs and needs to be retired to light work. He walks, trots and lopes without complaint. Could still be used for ranch work, fencing, herding, but when working cattle aggressively he overdoes and comes up sore. We have been using him for grandkids, but the barn where he is currently stabled keeps all their horses stalled overnight.... (read more) He needs to be turned out to keep from getting stiff and keep his arthritis from progressing faster. Price negotiable to a good home.
