**Canton Ohio** PLEASE READ THE WHOLE POST!
Maple 13 year old Haflinger 13 hhs( I just had her teeth done 6/ 14/24 and he said more closer to 13!)
Pros: She’s safe, ties well, will stand ground tie, she’s never offered to kick, buck, rear. Good on trails, stalls well, goes out in a mixed herd. Shes walks respectfully on a lead, not hard to catch!

Cons: she’s can be sometimes stubborn! But not hard to handle, she will back up when she gets frustrated, she was a plow horse so backing up comes from that!... (read more) She will sometimes moves when you get on, but she’s getting better the more we are working with her! She will trot but you have to encourage her to keep going! She has lope twice but really doesn’t want to, she’s a lazy girl!

The ONLY reason we are considering parting with her is she can’t keep up with my bigger horses on the trails! I need something taller. She does have an old injury on her back leg, I got her like that, it doesn’t bother her! Shes great for kids that know how to ride! I wouldn’t say a complete beginner as she needs someone that will encourage her to go! We absolutely love her and will be very picky where she goes! I have trail videos!! She had originally had long hooves, farrier said they’re fine and need to grow, we are oiling her hooves every 3 days. I do have coggins for her!
