StormFly is a 6 year old black bay thoroughbred mare. I have had her for about two and a half years and I started her under saddle when she was 4. We worked on many things walk/trot/canter and jump, but as time went on she started having some issues which I got her checked out by the vet and she has kissing spine. I got her back injected in the fall of 2023, but nothing has helped her. I am able to ride her at the walk and trot, saddle and bareback, but it is painful for her to canter and jump when she has weight on her back.... (read more) I have used her for kid leadline, and she loves trail riding, although it can only be a walk/trot trail ride. I've worked with her on groundwork as well and she is fantastic. She is a sweet sweet girl. If you are looking for a horse to be a STRICT pasture pet or companion horse, the price is more than negotiable. The number one goal is a good home.
