This is Sally. 16 year old QH mare, 14.1 hands tall. She has been used for camp and kids lessons. We have had kids and total beginners on her. When we bought her, she was ridden thru by a 70 year old man who actually stood up on her...it was impressive (the 70 year old man) She comes to the gate and is very easy to catch. She will stand for the mounting block or the ground. A smooth jog and she will lope. She is very quiet and as honest as can be.... (read more) She has been on trails, leads or follows. She will trot around the barrel pattern, we aren't calling her a barrel horse....she's not. Recently dewormed and has front shoes. A very nice little mare that could teach a kid or smaller adult a lot!

We are very honest about what we are selling and tell all the behaviors we have noticed while they are with us. Key words being "while they are with us." If you take them home, feed 10 gallons of grain, don't ride them and let them get away with every bad behavior possible, we can't help that when their behavior changes.
