“Classydame”
Rain is a 10 year old, 16.2 hh grey thoroughbred. She is technically an OTTB, however, has not raced in over 7 years and had 8 total starts. Rain has made great progress in our lesson program with consistent riders (teenagers and adults) and shows great promise in hunter, dressage, or eventing disciplines. She has jumped up to 2’3” bravely. She has been used in lessons for intermediate to advanced students and would do well continuing to have a rider that is of that level.... (read more) She comes up to you in the pasture and is friendly, sweet, and patient on the ground. She stands for the farrier on cross ties, has no issues with vet matters, and has no problem with being on a trailer. She is currently turned out with mares and typically falls in the middle of a herd when it comes to rank. Her weight is easy to maintain. Rain would shine with one rider that could commit the time to love on her and work with her on reaching her full potential.
