NIA is double homozygous smoky black APHA tobiano filly, born June 11, 2023. She is homozygous for the tobiano and black gene, so she will never produce a solid or red/chestnut foal. She also carries one copy of the cream dilution gene. She is color tested: EE,aa,nCr,TT. Loud color pattern, with lots of spots and dots.

She came to us unhandled and had never been touched. She has taken to everything so far like a champ, she is leading, being brushed, curried, beginning to pick up all 4 feet and can catch her anywhere.... (read more)

This filly is BIG, but gets it honestly from her sire, who is double homozygous black tobiano stud, NIFTY DRU, who is 16 hands and 1,400 pounds; by double homozygous black tobiano, DRUS NIKE; by Q T POCO STREKE (NRHA Bronze Trophy; APHA World Championship Reserve Reining Stakes; Winner of the World Wide Paint Horse Congress; NRHA Open Champion, and twice NRHA Limited Open Reining horse). Her dam, TWISTIN AT MIDNITE, is a black homozygous tobiano mare, who stands 15 hands; by bay tovero, LITTLE MK TWISTER; by bay tobiano, IMA MK BUD BAR. His 4th generation includes: PEPSI POCO, M KS BLACK PEPPER (twice), MAGIC CASH and THE SILVER DUDE. His 5th generation includes: Q TON ACE H, THE ULTIMATE DUDE, PEPSI POCO and HANK-A-CHIEF (twice). NIA has the flash, color and pattern to get you noticed and the size to be very versatile.
