Eve is a flashy well trained Mare. A lot of go (intermediate rider is best)! She was in competition for the first 10 years of her life as Hunter jumper then her only owner before us bred her and she was a great Mom to Remington which we now own as well. She has been very well taken care of her entire life and it shows she is in terrific condition. Barefoot but we boot her for trails. She can do 20+ miles easily but she prefers the ring she will do that all day long.... (read more) Lease can be flexible we have a 100X200 outdoor arena almost finished and our property backs up to plenty of trails, my daughter would be happy to take you out on them. Vaccines and Coggins up to date, vet visit was June 2024 a clean bill of health! Trailers, farrier, bathes all good. Doesn't like the vet we have to give dormosedan before the visit.

She is an Arabian so she can spook however the only thing we have discovered is ever a real problem is her fear of cows she is terrified of them so crossing by a cow pasture on the trails takes some effort and time to bring her anxiety down from the encounter. Otherwise she goes through and over anything you ask her to do. Traffic safe, 4 wheelers, dirt bikes, and tractors throwing hay no problem.
