Duke is a 15 year old draft cross gelding. Flashy as all you can ask for and stands at 16hh tall. Roan, high whites, big blaze and hair for days. Well broke and gentle for ANYONE, if you can sit in a saddle, you can ride him. Has been used on the ranch his entire life. Drags, covers ground to check fences, helps with branding, loading and sorting cattle, tagging, etc. No buck, rear, kick, etc. even with a lot of time off. He’s fixing to be current on all vetting (7/3) as I didn’t realize his Coggins expired, which means he’s due for dental as well.... (read more) Stands great for farrier, can go both barefoot and shod, just depends on your preference. Super easy keeper and great with a herd. He’s only available as there’s been some huge life changes and we are significantly reducing our herds. We love him, but he is the most dependable guy out there and I know there’s tons of people looking to add a family member like him. Fantastic home only!!
