Looking for his forever person

Kona: 10yr old (4/12/14), 16.2, TB gelding. Never on track or track trained. Currently in Poway, CA. Brave in arena, out on trail, and in new places. Super comfortable gaits. Responsive to light aids and corrections. Very willing and LOVES to learn and work. Exposed to low jumps on trail and in arena and doesn’t get strong after jump. Shows lots of potential for more. Has some light dressage work and movements - will go on loose rein or with contact when asked.... (read more) Super solid foundation and ready to be finished in your chosen discipline.

Currently doing really great barefoot. No maintenance - low milage for age. Maintains good weight in light/moderate work on grass hay with minimal supplements.

Ground manners could use work when he’s not working steadily. Would do great with an AA or teen in a program. He’s the same guy out as he is at home. Does well with men or women.
