Breeze is a very beautiful brown-eyed blonde gaited palomino mare that is gentle for anyone to ride. She has been a family horse for trails and pleasure riding. She rides well on a loose rein, she will neck rein or direct rein, and off leg pressure. She is very SMOOTH at all her gaits, slow walk, running walk, and canter, you will be hard find a horse as smooth as Dahlia.... (read more) She has a good backup and stop, is fun to ride. She is gentle and broke for anyone to ride. She is quiet enough for a beginner and broke enough for the old hand.
Breeze has no problem with you carrying a flag, opening/closing gates, she will walk down streams, over fallen trees, has no problem walking up/down steep ditches and ravines, she will go anywhere you point her, thru thick brush, in the woods with no spook. We have ridden he through our obstacle course, over wooden bridges, in the plastic bottle pit, the steps, and teeter-totter. She will ride the same way every time you ride him once a week, once a month, or once a year.
Breeze stands still while being saddled/bridled, clipped, groomed, being sprayed for flies, picking her feet, being mounted (from the ground or a mounting block), while standing tied (straight and crossed), for the vet/farrier, she loads and hauls very well. She is easy to catch, is super gentle, and has great ground manners. She is kid and dog-friendly and gets along with our other horses (mares and geldings alike).
Breeze would be a great prospect for many things such as; trail riding, trail horse competitions, parades, grand entry, field dog trials, queen's contests, English, gymkhana, playdays, drill team, grand entries, parades, pony horse, barrels, poles, walk-trot, lead line, or as a lesson horse. If you have a bad back Breeze is your gal. She is very dependable and honest.
Breeze is a very pretty golden palomino mare standing 15hh with a beautiful face, big kind brown eyes, and a lovely long thick mane and forelock, her tail was chewed by the former neighbor's goats, but will grow back. She has a good neck and shoulders, nice withers, a straight back, a wide chest, and hips. She is a good size for a rider needing a stouter mount.
Breeze is a very comfortable ride with a great disposition. She is smart enough to learn any type of job. She will fit the novice or the pro. DON'T MISS OUT on this beautiful sweet girl!!!! If you want a very gentle gaited horse that is graceful and smooth as glass!!! She sells sound, safe, and sane with no stable vices. Please no outside trades, deposits, or payment plans. All horses are the sole property of Doug Gittins and come with; a 30 day guarantee in writing (as a signed contract), a current negative Coggins, and we give every horse a strep (strangles) and a flu/rhino 4-1 vaccine.
