Buckskin with NO WHITE AT ALL!
We expect her to keep a smaller size and will be string testing her soon to confirm this.
She is bred to go in any direction! English, Western, or even both if you are looking for that all in one convertable pony that you can take to any event.
Her sire is our very own buckskin 97% Foundation Bred Stallion, King Leo Chex Bar. King Leo Chex Bar has been a working stallion that has participated in Rodeos(Pick up horse and roping bulls) and pushed cattle on working ranches. We have used him for lessons and even taken him on trail rides with mares and geldings. His bloodlines include greats such as King, Leo, Tuff N Busy, etc. This stallion also has another Fell cross offspring in dressage training currently.
Her dam is our Fell Mare, Hardenberg Freya. Freya was shown locally in hand by her breeder's young daughter as a weanling and was ranked 4th nationally for the Annual Fell Pony Society of North America's Performance Premium and Awards Program's "In Hand Trail & Obsticle" Class before moving to Oklahoma. Her Sire is the Supreme Champion Stallion (still residing and competing in the UK), Lunesdale Warlord! Her half-brother(same sire), Boutime Wooster, just won Reserve Champion at the Fell Pony Society's(UK) Annual Stallion and Colt show.
With these bloodlines and with the high energy and athleticism already being apparent, we suspect her to become a great Performance prospect.
So if you are looking for a shorter stocky mount to work livestock on your ranch, go trail riding on, compete in jumping, or dancing in the dressage arena, this girl can grow into a golden partner for you and your needs.

Our small family-owned ranch currently provides stud services for rare Fell Ponies(FPS), Sport crosses, AQHA, NFQHA, AHQHA, and APHA.
Stonedragon Ranch currently has two AQHA-registered quarter horses and 7 registered Fell Ponies: 1 Stud Colt, 5 Fell pony broodmares, and 1 Fell Pony Stallion.
All Breeding stock are registered (and licensed) by their respective breed registries and genetically tested or tested against all known diseases within their breeds to ensure the best outcome for the future offspring.... (read more)
The goal here is to conserve a rare breed, the Fell Pony, and produce good-minded all-around horses for anyone to enjoy, be it your weekend trail rider, your ranch partner, or your next show prospect.
We do pick up projects and rehab/rescue now and then, but it is on our own dime, not as a "Rescue Facility."
We do some consignment work and some training, but our spots are limited.
We will limit our outside breeding spots for the 2024 season, as we will only have so many spots available.
Our AQHA, NFQHA stallion, KING LEO CHEX BAR, has been under saddle doing rodeo and ranch work. He has been a pickup horse and has been roped off of. He has even drug a couple of bulls in the arena and cows on ranches.
Our young Fell stallion, Hardenberg Griffen, is licensed, and ready to meet the ladies. His foals are outstanding and we are excited to offer him to breed to outside mares for Full Blood Fell foals as well as other breeds to produce Sport Ponies.
