Holliday is more than just a pretty face! She is a sweetheart, well mannered, and has a great disposition. She has her whole life ahead of her and she’s looking for her special family. Holly is a 4yr old 15hh red dun grade quarter horse mare. Although she’s young, she’s super calm. Broke: walk, trot, lope, stops on a dime, neck reins, and listens to leg and voice cues. No buck, kick, rear, bolt, or bite. She’s great out on the trails.... (read more) Has been on 20 mile trail rides. Crosses rivers, bridges, and will hop over logs. Nothing seems to faze this girl. Basically bombproof. Very used to cattle, farm machinery, traffic, guns, dogs, and other horses. She would excel in English pleasure or as a 4h show horse. Holliday has been to rodeos and stood tied to the trailer all day like a dream. Trailers good. Stands to be tied, saddled, mounted, and bathed. Easy to catch from the pasture. Good stalled or turned out. Easy keeper. Good with vet and farrier. Barefoot and sound. UTD on dewormer, coggins, and vaccines. No vices or bad habits. She requires an experienced rider because she is TESTY. I trust this horse with my life but she will take advantage of a nervous rider. Nothing aggressive, just antsy.
