Ocatillo is an amazing big 16.1 trained English western and was originally started in dressage. His father Dominante xvIII is a Grand Prix competitor with huge movement, which he takes after his father! He is registered with the PRE Mundial registry. His mother was a Goucho III daughter who competed in international competitions in Florida.

He has an in your pocket boy with ground manners and is so sweet. When he is comfortable in his new home you can lead him around by his cheek.... (read more) Loves his baths and grooming— and will do anything for carrots and apples!

Very very amazing walk and trot and canter. Walk canter transitions are amazing. His canter is like a rocking horse! He may know flying changes but we have never asked him. All side passes and fantastic circles. He is a lot more go than whoa. He needs an intermediate or experienced rider to make him be the best he can be! Or just a tune up!

We have used him for more trail than anything else. But he has all the buttons. Is very good with only leg and no spurs at all. Totally sound. Never took a bad step. Never had splints. Very sound.

Goes through water and loads and travels and stands perfectly for the farrier. ( who actually trims him without a halter!) we keep him barefoot and he has wonderful feet! He has no vices and is a very very easy keeper. Loves his human time! Call for more details!
