Holliday is more than just a pretty face! She is a sweetheart, well mannered, and has a great disposition. She has her whole life ahead of her and she’s looking for her special family. Holly is a 4yr old 15hh red dun grade quarter horse mare. Super lovable girl and is always the first to greet you. Although she’s young, she’s super calm. Broke: walk, trot, lope, stops on a dime, neck reins, and listens to leg and voice cues. Never offered to buck, kick, rear, bolt, or bite.... (read more) She’s great out on the trails. Will go over, under, or through anything. Has been on 20 mile trail rides. Crosses rivers, bridges, and will hop over logs. Very used to cattle, farm machinery, traffic, guns, dogs, and other horses. Holliday has been to rodeos and stood tied to the trailer all day like a dream. Trailers good. She would excel in English pleasure or a 4h show horse. Stands to be tied, saddled, mounted, and bathed. Easy to catch from the pasture. Good stalled or turned out. Easy keeper. Good with vet and farrier. Barefoot. UTD on dewormer, coggins, and rabies vaccine. NOTE: Holliday is slightly splay footed in the front. Which is the only reason she’s priced so low. Besides that, good confirmation. She is completely sound and I’ve never seen her take a lame day in her life. No vices or bad habits. She requires an experienced rider because she is TESTY. I trust this horse with my life but she will take advantage of a nervous rider. Nothing aggressive, just antsy. Holly is such a sweet little mare and deserves the best. Asking $2,500 but negotiable.
