Pepper 8 year old 14.0 hand grey Welsh gelding pony. This guy is absolutely adorable in every way possible. I really don’t know what’s not to love. He has the most beautiful head, big kind eyes, a sturdy build and great confirmation. This pony has some of the best manners I’ve ever seen on a pony. He has zero pony antics and is the most polite guy there is. He’s so sweet. While he’s lying down you can sit on him, hug him or just lounge and he’ll continue to lay down and just chill.... (read more) This guy really doesn’t have a worry in the world and just has the best personality. Pepper rides English and western. Walks, trots, canters, stops, stands and backs. Nice soft mouth, rides in a snaffle, knows his leads, moves off leg and will ride around on the buckle. Very smooth, comfortable gaits. Safe for any child and big enough for a good majority of adults to ride. Rides around the arena well and is very willing to jump. With very little time or effort you could get this pony jumping bigger. Has a lead change when asked. Pepper is a great addition to any family, backyard, lesson program or therapy program. He’s truly a solid citizen and a great asset to anyone. Pepper is also trained to drive. If you’re looking to trail ride this guy is the one you want. Rides wherever you point him, alone, with others, rides away from the barn and walks back home on a nice loose rein. Not buddy or barn sour at all. Not spooky, lookey or reactive. Pepper has extensive trail miles and it sure does show. Completely road and traffic safe. He’s consistent, dependable and a lot of fun to have around. His ground manners are so good my 3 year old can handle him and he respects him even knowing he’s little and could take full advantage. Phenomenal ground manners and no vices what so ever. Stays fat on air, barefoot, 100% sound with excellent hooves. Requires no supplements or maintenance. Happily lives inside or out. Gets along with everyone and is not a bully at all. He also be pastured alone with no issues what so ever. I’m confident he could live by himself and be totally content.
