“Jewel” is a straightforward young mare who has been very easy to train and has great potential as a versatility horse, and can see her looking great in the Ranchy events. She is registered ApHC & ARHA.

She is a laid back type and very smooth under saddle, as well as nice and soft in her face. She picks up her leads excellent, moves off your leg, stays soft in the hands, and is started in maneuvers needed for ranch/versatility.... (read more)
Jewel can be ridden by less experienced riders because she is relaxed and isn’t going to make any sudden moves, and doesn’t go looking for trouble. She also has a great foundation on the ground, and is respectful of being asked to move around however asked.
She has zero issues with saddling, cross ties, loading in the trailer etc and is just pretty straightforward.
She has also been ridden outside a lot. Hauled to several state parks to ride the trails with other horses and is very quiet for a 3 year old, went through some decently challenging terrain.
She has been to a number of horse shows and handles all the action very well.
