Meet Peaches! She is a strikingly beautiful American Cream Draft who loves attention and has the personality of a puppy dog. Peaches is a super sweet & kind mare standing a stocky 16hh and is 12 years old. Peaches has impeccable ground manners and will stand statue still to be groomed and saddled. She has been ridden English, western, bareback and double inside of busy arenas, down the road next to loud traffic, out on the trails and ridden through chest-deep rivers.... (read more) She trailers like a pro and has been hauled to several state parks for all day rides & camping trips. She is the ideal husband horse as she is a very uncomplicated ride - just kick to go and pull back to stop. She has an easy-going walk, a steady trot and a super comfy canter. She is an extremely well balanced and agile horse, always picking up the correct canter lead. She effortlessly transitions through her gaits and responds well to voice and leg/seat cues. Overall Peaches has an incredibly willing attitude with a great work ethic. On the trails she is confident & brave, happy to head out alone or lead a group of horses through unknown territory. We have jumped her recreationally over fallen logs and other obstacles we have come across out on the trails. She would make an excellent cross country eventer or fox hunter given her athletic ability and willing attitude. Peaches is a very versatile horse and will excel in any direction you decide to take her.
