This is Hazel! She is the reason Dakota gets so excited when he sees polo horses! We have had several of these horses from this polo barn and they are always nice!
She is 18 years old and stands 14'3.
She just recently retired from playing polo and belonged to a 70 some year old lady.
This mare is very broke, a nice handle but is also very quiet!
Excellent on the trails.
She goes where you point her with no foolishness.... (read more) She would be a good step up horse for a kid that wants a little nicer horse, or just a good, safe and easy trail horse!
She has a petite build, so I am not going to say she would suit a large rider.

We buy and sell horses and ponies. There are several of us who work with all the animals and evaluate them, figure out their personalities and quirks, and let's be honest, they all have them. We are very honest about what we are selling and tell all the behaviors we have noticed while they are with us. Key words being "while they are with us." If you take them home, feed 10 gallons of grain, don't ride them and let them get away with every bad behavior possible, we can't help that when their behavior changes.
