We've had buster since he was two years old and he's currently between four and five years old. He has a dog-like personality with people. He's also smart and loves to work.

Buster is ridden by my husband and kids. Never threatened to bite or kick.
He's pulled carts, wagons, round bales, kids on sleds, and other things. He hasn't pulled in a team because we don't have a second draft with which to pair him. He would adapt to team driving nicely, though.
Buster stands to be haltered in the field and even helps put it on. He knows walk, trot, gee, haw, back gee, back haw, back, and whoa. We also use down for dropping his head, since he's so tall.
For riding, Buster stands for mounting and will go pretty much anywhere you point him. He direct reins and responds to driving voice cues. Nothing fancy, but he could learn buttons quickly for someone so inclined.
Easy keeper. Stands like a gentleman for farrier trims and likes having his teeth floated. We've never had to use stocks or other restraints for these services. Great feet and easy keeper on grass/alfalfa mix or pasture. He is unshod/barefoot and sees the farrier every seven weeks.
