Monte is looking for his next person to continue his training. He is a sensitive horse that was put into a lesson program as a very young horse and got confused and shut down. He is comjng 10 years old and has made great progress is developing both physically and emotionally. He understands moving off the leg, knows basic lateral work and is working on developing more strength and balance in his trot and canter. He works over trot poles and has jumped through simple gymnastics.... (read more) He needs someone who can be a strong leader to help him continue to gain confidence and strength. He could go English as an English pleasure horse, low level dressage, possibly hunters as he likes jumping. He could also go western as a working western or ranch type horse.
