Barney is a beautiful, black 13.2 hand Friesian/pony cross! He is cool and he is different! At just 6 years old, Barney has been used for trail riding, arena work, lesson and lead line.... (read more) On the trail he will cross any obstacle, whether that be water, logs, ditches or hills. He stands to mount and dismount & will walk out when asked. He will one step lope, has a nice neck rein & will back as well. Barney will trot and lope circles if asked. He is a beautiful mover! Barney will travel low headed and quiet. He has been ridden by beginners on the trail and around the farm.

If you're not feeling a ride, you can hook him to a cart and ease around instead! Barney is broke to drive as well and is traffic safe!

Barney is super gentle and he will be the first to meet you at the gate. He doesn’t get excited, and has more of a laid back/quiet personality. He stands tied and will stand to be tacked and shod as well. EXCELLENT GROUND MANNERS. Barney will load and unload with ease.
