Stormy is a 13.3hh 26 yr old Arabian gelding looking for a new home. He spent the last 6 months rehabbing from a neglectful situation where he arrived at a neighboring farm severly underweight. At that farm he was brought back to health with proper diet, care, and a thorough vetting. He came to me for the month of March to be brought back into work under-saddle where he has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Stormy would be perfect for a small adult amateur or junior rider working with a trainer in a program.... (read more) He will look to his rider/handler for confidence on occasion, therefore I would not consider him a kids pony or confidence builder. He was previously competing in the Arabian circuit in his younger years and after that had dressage training with me about 12 years ago. This past month (March) he came back into riding like he never stopped! He is still very under muscled due to his previous circumstances and would therefore need some time to come back to full strength but he is in no way ready for retirement with plenty of life left in him.
