Boomer is a 2016 10.3hh brown and white paint shetland gelding. He is such a sweet pony and loves doing anything thing you ask. Bombproof, loves kids, loves farm animals, and loves a good old job to do. Boomer has a lot of potential to be a great lesson pony or show pony. He has done a bunch of things. Driving, bareback, cross country, trails, barrel racing, pole bending, cattle sorting, show jumping, lesson camp pony, mounted games, key hole, and in hand.... (read more) This pony also has an amazing lead change!!!! Over fences he will land them and flatting give him a kick with your outside leg and you have it! He is an easy ride, you can move him over with your leg, goes super easy, stands for you, and steers amazing! You do not have to worry about this pony bolting with any one or running away. He is a in your pocket type but not annoying about it he will follow you but now run you over. This pony also doesn’t care what goes on around him. You could drop a truck full of plastic bags next to him with deer running around and the most he will do is bat an eyelash. Boomer is also an amazing loader, he won’t drag you on and surely won’t drag you off. He can stand in a trailer for 2+ hours unbothered. He is also an easy keeper! He is barefoot only needing a trim about every 8 weeks or so. He doesn’t need any extra food other than grass and hay. He is also super friendly with the other horses, not a bossy type. Will blend in perfectly with any herd mares or geldings. Only downside is he has show records and has only done small shows at his farm. I hope this unicorn of a pony is suitable for you!!
