This is a FAMILY AND NOVICE FRIENDLY LINEBACK DUN QUARTER HORSE GELDING that anyone can get along with. He is user friendly and very broke. He has been used for ranch work, has pushed cattle, helped load out trucks, been used in the pastures, and also extensively trail ridden. He has had beginner riders take him out on the trails with no complications. He is handy sized at 14.2 hands tall. He is 11 years old. This nice gelding will one hand neck rein, stop easily, lope right off with no hump and no buck, and go where he is pointed.... (read more) He walks out nicely on the trails and will get you where you want to go. He crosses water without hesitation and will go up and down steep embankments with ease. He holds back nicely going down steep hills and is sure footed. He lopes nice circles in the arena and out of the arena. He catches his leads nicely and moves off of leg cues. This nice gelding is fun to ride and easy to get along with. He has no issues and no surprises. He is a joy to take out trail riding and a lot of fun to get up cattle on.
