I have a 2007 Quarter Horse registered mare. 14.3 hands. Super sweet and great with people of all ages. My 1.5 year old sits on her back all the time. Super easy going am easy keeper. Great for feet, vet, etc. Has foaled 1 time in 2020 successfully and was a great mama. My family bought her directly from the breeder untouched and she has only lived on our farm her whole life. My boyfriend who has only ridden a horse maybe 6 times rides her comfortably in the arena.... (read more) Only issues she has are she feels awkward and choppy in the canter. She has always been a back up horse so never really worked on it. And she doesn't like to trailer load. I have started lunging and riding her consistently to start working on smoothing out the canter.
