Meet gizmo!

Gizmo is a 13.3 hand Sooty buckskin pony. He is as wide as he is tall and adults can ride him with no issues. He’s big boned and not frail at all. He Is 10 years old and has a current Coggins and current on his 5 way and dewormer. Gizmo is a handy little pony! He neck reins, pivots like a true cow pony should, he picks his leads up, has a nice nice back on him tucks that head and will back for hours, stands still for you to get on him and off him, stands tied all day long, stalls or pastures well, good for the farrier and vet.... (read more) He is barefoot all the way around and has good hard feet and clean legs. He isn’t a hot head but not a dead head ether he’s right in the middle! He’s been used for long trail rides and will go anywhere you point him over down trees, up moutian sides, down slopes, through creeks/rivers! He will lead or follow! Not spookish of things and safe around dogs! He has also been used for kids to trot the pattern on at barrel races and used for goat tying. Check those photos down below to see this! I think he would make an awesome breakaway prospect as well or cutting pony! A roper friend of ours said he could be a cutter within 30 days he believes! Long story short this pony is an all around guy! He’s very willing and wants to do what ever is asked of him with his whole heart! We have used him in lessons this past weekend as well for true beginners to ride him and he did awesome! He would do best in a home for a little rodeo kid wanting there next step up horse but he’s also calm enough you could use him in your lesson program on the side as well!
