Alice is a 10 year old, Dutch warmblood mare that stands at 16'1. She was imported in 2021 after a competitive run in the 1.40m jumpers in the Netherlands. Once in America, she was campaigned at 1.20m and below with a junior rider. She has had some time off from jumping and has been working on her flat work. Alice is straightforward on the flat, goes well in a double jointed snaffle, and has her changes. She moves well off the leg and moves laterally well.... (read more) She is neither a kick ride nor a hot ride, and does not require a spur or whip. Alice was recently restarted over fences after building up fitness. She is keen to jump and takes you to the fence, but also respects the half halt. I think she will do well with an ambitious AA or Junior who knows proper dressage basics and wants a solid mount to take them through the meters+, or a pro looking for a fun horse to bring back up the levels. Currently barefoot and an easy keeper. Quiet in the stall and in turnout. Alice is up to date on dental, vaccines and coggins and requires minimal maintenance.
