Barn name: Hondo.

Hondo is as sweet as they come. Due to recent life changes we have made the difficult decision to sell. He has been on the back burner for the last year and loves to do a job. Hondo would be great for a youth who wants to grow together. He would be great for gaming, barrels, English/Western pleasure or trail riding. He has been hauled to many arenas, travels well & settles right in.... (read more) Been to the beach & trail riding - there isn't anything that bothers him and he does everything we ask. Not spooky, want to be with people and have someone give him attention. Stands well for farrier, stalls well, vet & ties well.
Hondo would be great for a gaming (he is not patterned), English/Western Performance, ranch riding. You can throw a rope off him, pull items behind him, trail riding, etc! He is truly a great all around horse. He is ready for someone to scoop up and finish him out whichever direction you want to go.
I did a lameness exam to see if he was in need of any maintenance - happy to share the findings. Just started riding him to get him in shape for his next home. This is a horse that can sit for weeks and is the same horse when you get back on him. Hauls well!
Up to date on shots & feet. This horse has been well taken care of. Special consideration for a buyer who will use him for their 4H career, Youth, local buyer, etc. We will be picky where he goes.
