Swiftie
14 yr old 14 hand Grade QH mare
“Swiftie” is truly the best of best worlds, she is gritty and competitive in the arena and then is your kids best friend at home. She has been used for barrels, poles, and goat tying on the Jr Rodeo circuit, as well as being hauled to Jack Pots. Just this past weekend she drew a check in every class she entered including the Open Poles and Barrels. She has absolutely zero gate issues and doesn’t get hot or excited at the shows.... (read more) She runs in just an Oring snaffle or hack.
She is great for practice and teaching younger kids on. Our kids have ridden her bareback, taken her trail riding, spent hours just playing with her. She is a saint for putting up with all their shenanigans. She is not spooky or reactive, and has great ground manners. No vices or bad habits. Loads and unloads very good, and will stand quietly all day.
Swiftie has also had a rope swung off of her, and we have played around with breakaway and ribbon roping. She has been ridden English and taken over small jumps. She can do about anything you ask and would make an awesome 4H horse.
I could go on and on about how great this mare is. If you have a younger kid moving up from their small pony, or a kid wanting to get started in Rodeo or Barrels/Poles, or even just riding in general this is one horse you will want to come meet!

She will continue to be shown until sold, and stay tuned for lots more videos!
